One of the worse doc offices I’ve been to. The first appt i had my son had stomach virus and the doctor was like no that’s not accompanied by fevers. He must have ate something bad and he’s getting fever for 5+ days from something else. 4 year old kid. Went back after 2 weeks because he still had a stomach pain and waited for a doctor 39 mins they forgot we were waiting in the room. So the PA decided to help and she was dazed out of her mind. She basically said well idk why and can’t tell u why he’s having stomach pain still you just have to wait till it goes away on its own. Told my 4 year old to drink ginger ale that it will help and take miralax for one month every day. WTH! Till this day my son is like ooh mom the doc told me to drink ginger ale. Haven’t been there since and won’t be going back. I am sure the office will leave a smart comment reply to this post but I actually have full recordings on my phone of the convos with these encounters bc lately these doc offices are a scam!

Valley Stream Pediatrics has been providing exceptional care to my twin boys since they were babies and they are almost 13 years old. I wouldn’t switch them to another provider for anything. I am confident they are in the best hands.
