Best experience. All the staff are courteous, professional and make you feel very comfortable. I have sensitive teeth but the dental hygienist Jasmine gave me THE BEST PAINLESS cleaning I ever had. She was very gentle and thorough! Highly recommend!

As I’m sure you all (review readers) can relate, the pain I was in almost drove me to pulling the tooth out myself with a wrench 😖; but I’m happy I waited. I called Dental associates of VS and they accommodated me immediately. The staff was pleasant and the office was very clean. Dr. Bernstein and his assistant Andrene was professional and personable. It was as good of an experience as getting a root canal can be. I would strongly recommend their services!!

I’ve been seeing Dr Bernstein my entire life- I now live a couple hours away and still travel back for my cleanings and dental work. It’s always been a great experience. Jasmine has been my hygienist the last few times, and she is thorough, professional, and gentle.

I have been going to this practice for 44 years. The reason is the care I receive not only from Dr. Bernstein, but the staff as well.They are Knowledgeable and keep up to date on the latest procedures. I went to this office based on the reviews I found online. However it was one of the biggest mistake of my life. Something inside me kept telling me something was not right. Hindsight I was indeed correct. I was given unnecessary treatment, charged for treatments I should not have been charged for, and my insurance was also billed for treatments that I had already paid for. The individual(s) who is/ are involved in being dishonest ought to be ASHAMED of themselves.

The staff is phenomenal always friendly, courteous and accommodating to my schedule. Dr.Bernstein and his assistant eases my fear of going to the dentist. Dr.Bernstein is awesome!!! No more pain and fear of going to the dentist!!!!My entire family is patients at Dental Associates of Valley Stream

I have been attending this dental practice for more years than I can remember. The office staff have always been polite, accommodating, and expeditious in handling any insurance / billing issues. The dental hygienists are all very pleasant and thorough. As for the dentists, they are very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dental practice.
