I will say that the Binghamton office was a nightmare with over an hour wait time. Not sure what happened in the move to Vestal but this is NOT the same office. Have never waited more than 10 minutes. Runs very smoothly and the office staff is very friendly. I would strongly recommend another try if the wait time was your reason for leaving. The online portal makes it very easy and fast to get questions answered too.

I have never had a doctor laugh at me or roll his eyes at me until today. He only seemed to want to talk about the Migraines that HE brought up when I have multiple other problems that are more concerning. I told him that I was already dealing with my migraines and he continually tried to change my medication. When I tried to talk about my other symptoms he was very dismissive rude and condescending. He barely gave me any explanations for anything and didnt look over the paperwork that he insisted I needed to fill out for this appointment. If your only symptom is migraines then go for it but if you have need more help look elsewhere.

Dr Rasheed is terrible. Had the nerve to accuse me of faking my seizures without doing any tests. Also he DOES NOT return any pages from Emergency rooms he is a very poor neurologist. Because of his attitude and so on he is in the process of losing not being allowed in Lourdes hospital as well as ALL UHS facilities. I would not take a dog with a neurological problem to him. Again a very poor excuse for a so called doctor

Horrible doctor. Was very insulting due to my age and does not understand the difference between Erbs palsy and Cerebral palsy. I have CP and a pineal cyst in Whitehall he did not take the time to request my information from my previous Nero Dr.Helper one of the top Nero’s in New York. Was rude and unprofessional due to me being 19 and pregnant and dismissed me with a it’s all in your head.

I have been his Patient for over 11 years and I couldnt ask for a better Neurologist. He is kind and patient and listens. I recommend him to everyone . I am so glad my regular doctor recommended him to me.

After 8 months of going there for treatment and a diagnosis of post concussion syndrome I was told that they dont treat concussion patients. I was told sorry we cant help you.
