Core Essentials Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I started seeing Jen while I was in my third trimester for leakage and some lower back/pelvic pain, and I'm so glad I did. She has a wonderful way of explaining not just what is going on, but why, which helped me feel much more confident in how to approach my body. The exercises and stretches she gave me were practical and effective, and I always left appointments feeling like I had a better understanding of what I could do to help myself. I had less leakage and more ease in my last weeks of pregnancy because of her. If you're pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with pelvic floor issues, I highly recommend Jen.

Core Essentials Physical Therapy is the best place ever!!! I was super nervous for my first appointment but when I walked in I was greeted very kindly and made to feel very comfortable by the office staff. They are all very kind and caring. They truly listen to what you have to say and never make you feel like you ask stupid questions. They completely changed my life and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!!!

I drove an hour to continue my PT Journey. Which I was excited about healing my issues. Today, though I was met with a very sour reception. I filled out and shared my medical detail the week prior and was met with “who’s your doctor?”, not a hi, not a welcom, not a how are you. Just a rude sour puss face behind the glass door. This was upsetting and I decided not to continue my healing journey with Core because it is a shame, I enjoyed my time the week before and it was positive. Not today though. The only comment back was we’re going to charge you $50 for the cancellation. Will not go back. Such a shame that front office individuals can corrupt such a good thing.

Wonderful physical therapy group. Quiet and peaceful. Therapists are knowledgeable, patient and caring. My therapist is Melissa and I just love her. She seems to know just what to do with me and is flexible with changing things up according to my needs and conditioning. I do not feel like I am in a medical facility when I am at Core Essentials. Psychologically it feels more like a spa facility with the personal, individual attention that is given. Pelvic floor therapy is a unique science and one with which patients may at first feel uncomfortable addressing. Obviously, this isn't the kind of physical therapy facility with several patients taking the attention of the therapist at the same time. Nothing could be further from the truth, as you are treated individually by one therapist in a private examination room. The therapists let you know this is a common area of concern and that it can be helped with proper treatment. The waiting room is very pleasant and I never have to wait long. Parking is close by and there is handicapped parking as well as a ramp. I highly recommend Core Essentials for both women and men needing pelvic floor therapy for a variety of concerns.
