I’ve been in the Vestal Area for 30 years now and I’m only on my 2nd Primary Doctor. My former Dr. of 25 years has retired and I had to get a new doctor. I was searching and things were not working out I heard a lot of great things about Dr. Bertini so I gave her office a call. I could not get in at 1st then I got a call that Dr. Bertini would take me on as a patient but I would have to wait almost a full year. I waited and I’m glad I did she is fantastic down to earth easy to talk to and a good listener it felt like I was her patient for years. Dr. Bertini and her staff are fantastic and should not change a thing. I would Highly Recommend UHS Dr. Bertini and her Staff they are ExcellentThanks John Stump

Dr Bertini is a rare breed in today’s medical field. She is very Intelligent kind compassionate and very thorough. She answered all my questions provided me with a list of exercises for my sprained ankle and even took time to flush out my ear.On a 110 she is an 11 UHS is lucky to have her on their staff.Her assistant Champagne was also efficient and friendly. They are a good team.

Got in to my appointment earlier than expected as I showed up pretty early and didnt expect to get right in. As always the nurse and Dr. Bertini were awesome. Dr. Maria Bertini is always a very good listener and always answers questions and tries to come up with solutions. Always on top of things. Also a very good bedside manner. Professional but also friendly.

Dr. Bertini is always genuine personable and understanding. She never tries to rush out of the room. She takes the time to listen to your concerns ask questions and provide options based on your situation. I have had her as a doctor for several years and couldnt be happier
