Dr David Graham and his team of nurses were absolutely wonderful during my process of receiving a breast augmentation this month (March, 2023). From the initial consultation, to the pre op appointment, and ultimately surgery/recovery, his team was beyond professional and compassionate. Even walking office the very first time, everyone at the front desk (Anna in particular) was warm and welcoming. This practice answered all my questions, were easily accessible during off-hours; and ultimately, my surgery was near-perfect with zero post-op complications. I cannot thank Dr. David Graham and his team enough for the excellent service, bedside manner, and making me feel comfortable despite the years of courage it took me to make my initial consultation for a breast augmentation. Five stars isn’t even enough.

I’m extremely unhappy with the results of my Trigger Finger surgery performed by Dr. David Graham. After 2 cortisone shots, Dr Graham suggested surgery. I had that surgery October 2021. My finger was fully functional before the surgery, but during the surgery Dr. Graham asked me to look at my finger and try to move the tip (top section). I was unable to move it. He said it looks to me that the tendon is catching on something, but I cannot see what. He told me to go to Physical Therapy as soon aspossible and we’ll see how it goes from there. My hand cramped many times each day and was very painful when it occurred. Over 10 sessions with my OT helped with regaining the flexibility and strength of my left ring finger and hand, but was unable to stop the cramping, and was unable to voluntarily bend the tip of my finger. I researched my symptoms on the web, and came to believe I had Bow String Tendon. Hand Surgeon (Dr. Marc O’Donnell) concurred and fixed the issue surgically.

After 2 cortisone shots, that didn’t help with the pain of my left ring finger Trigger finger for long (1st shot lasted 2 months, 2nd shot lasted 2 weeks), Dr Graham suggested surgery. I had that surgery October 2021 with local anesthesia. My finger was fully functional before the surgery, but during the surgery Dr. Graham asked me to look at my finger and try to move the tip (top section). I was unable to move it. He removed the sutures and looked carefully to find what might be causing this issue. He said it looks to me that the tendon is catching on something, but I cannot see what. He sutured my hand back up and told me to go to Physical Therapy as soon as I can get an appointment and we’ll see how it goes from there. My hand cramped many times each day and was very painful when it occurred. Over 10 sessions with my Occupational Therapist helped with regaining the flexibility and strength of my left ring finger and hand, but was unable to stop the cramping (though the pain eased somewhat, thank goodness), but I still was unable to voluntarily bend the tip of my finger. A few months after the surgery I researched my symptoms on the web, and came to believe I had Bow String Tendon. This can occur during Trigger Finger surgery. I have since seen a Hand Surgeon (Dr. Marc O’Donnell), who told me my belief was correct and he surgically fixed this issue (although the loss of the movement of the tip of my finger can never be restored).

The entire team is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Graham and team listened to everything I wanted and helped me though my concerns and wants. The procedure I had done was so seamless and the care instructions afterwards where detailed and easy to walk through. They are very responsive, I highly recommend!

Dr. Graham removed a small cyst from my scalp. He did a great job, and was able to get out the whole sac so it won’t grow back. He was very gentle when administering the local anesthetic. The office staff was very cordial and thorough. I would highly recommend this practice!

I am thrilled to say that my experience with Dr. Graham and his staff exceeded personal expectations. Their positive vibes promote a safe environment to ask questions and explore options. From start to finish, I was never encouraged to receive services that I was not looking for. Every member of their team worked hard to support personal needs. For example, during my last appointment, just casually chatting with the nurse, I brought up something I was looking for a service that was not yet available in the Rochester area. After my check-up with Dr. Graham, the nurse informed me that she was able to find a product that can help me address the concern I casually brought-up to her earlier. She was able to order it for me and set-up time for me to try it. I think that is the most fantastic part of the whole experience; they support their clients to the fullest extent. The results of my surgery are amazing! Dr. Graham did some amazing work at making my nose look natural and allow for better breathing. My family and friends were shocked by how natural the results were and how quickly/easily the recovery was. I am very happy for the services they provided. The most invaluable part of it all is that I feel happy with the person that I see in the mirror. Thank you so much!

Dr. Graham and his team offer premium services. I was scared of surgery and not getting the results that I was looking for. Fortunately, I was lucky to pick Dr. Graham for rhinoplasty. Since the very first session, Dr. Graham offered a comfortable space to ask questions and explore options. While working with Dr. Graham, I gained a greater appreciation for my appearance. That's just it - Dr. Graham does not encourage unnecessary procedures. The outcome of the procedure exceeded personal expectations. After the surgery, Dr. Graham remained available via text and phone for on-going support. There were absolutely no complications or concerns around healing or the procedure. My friends and family are so amazed by his work that they are now exploring options with Dr. Graham and his team. I am thankful for the on-going support and results!
