DO NOT BOOK an APPOINTMENT with THIS DOCTOR! Rescheduled my first appointment, CANCELED MY SECOND while I was driving THERE! 30 minutes before I was to be seen. Took the entire day off from work. I supposed Labor Day weekend was a bad idea to expect a doctor to have the dignity to show up to work, BUT I SEE that I am not the first patient they pulled this with from the reviews. What a inconsiderate way to treat your client base, especially when it takes a long time to book and make arrangements to make such an appointment, and health issues are so time sensitive.

Canceled my appointment while I was literally almost there on Labor Day Weekend. Took off work to see her, wish I hadn’t, garbage way to treat your patient.

Canceled on me while I was in the car driving there because of a “medical emergency” on Labor Day Weekend (code for beach day safe to assume). Took time off from work to come see you, have the decency to show up.

Patients beware !!! This doctor must have some kind of contract with big pharma. she would always prescribe unnecessary medication to me when i was her patient. its a good thing i got bloodwork done at another facility to confirm my suspicions about her.

They call you less than an hour to cancel your appt and don't give you many options to reschedule another appt. So disappointed

Dr. Cardona is very thorough and professional. She explains everything in plain language for my understanding and always makes herself available when I need her. Highly recommend this doctor. I see her in Hartsdale office and can't wait for her to come to Pelham which is closer to me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cardona for 8 years. She takes great care of me and my family. We used to see her in Brooklyn and now see her at Hartsdale office. She has great bedside manner and takes her time to answer all concerns. I hope pelham office finally opens. Highly recommend this doctor.
