AVOID! Every time I've had an appointment there's been at least 20 minute wait. Usually it's 40. The reception staff keeps pulling down their masks to talk with people, which kind of defeats the purpose of wearing them. If you want re-fills for your medication good luck. The only reason for a second star in this review is because Dr. Sumitra and the nurses are really, REALLY excellent at their jobs. But the red tape and pulling teeth to get basic refills, the semi-rudeness of the staff has me looking elsewhere.

She is by far, the most attentive and caring doctor I have ever had. We have been going to her for 6 years and through various insurances. She goes out of her way to find the best solution for your family and makes sure she finds the correct diagnosis. Not only for physical health, but for mental health too.

She’s not a bad person, and if you have small issues like a cold, then she’s s fine doctor to go to. If you have chronic issues, however, this is not the doctor for you. She seemed unsure and wary to even treat me, which always made me feel like she didn’t know what she was doing.

Dr. Sumitra has been the very best doctor that I've ever encountered. Her knowledge is vast. She has always taken the time to listen to my symptoms and follow whatever action was decided. I was never left hanging. If you want someone who is well-informed and caring, Dr. Sumitra is the one to see.
