My son Was really delayed in the speech department. I can Honestly, say that if it wasn’t for this place, I wouldn’t know if my son Would be at the level he is today.

Billing is slow…it should not take over 6 weeks to process billing and patient be told they have a substantial bill that has accumulated when the patient was told in office 0 co payment. As a patient leaving an office you would trust that the staff working at the office know what they are talking about. I was surprised there was no copayment my first session and said “no co payment?” The response was “no, your insurance covers it.” That is very very misleading and irresponsible to the patients family. Weeks of appointments go by with no mention of a co payment or balance. I even asked about extending they appointments as I was only planning on using your services for the summer but then was looking into continuing into the fall and winter. The receptionist doubled down and told me I had over 100 sessions covered by insurance. Why on earth would I ever think I would be stuck with a bill just a week later. This had nothing to do with my insurance and everything to do with you submitting billing LATE and uninformed staff. I never would have agreed to services for my son had I known. They took no responsibility. When looking at billing for long term weekly appointments phrasing should be worded differently like: “until billing comes in we will not be sure of your co payment status.” Was not impressed with therapists or staff either. Very mediocre speech facility at best. I have met other families that this has happened to as well. You WILL be stuck with a bill-stay away and look else where, trust me.

We took my daughter here at 20 months and she was placed with Ms. Jacqui. She started only able to say 2 words and within weeks she was saying 50 words and months later she was speaking full sentences! We’re so so thankful for Ms. Jacqui at LI Speech in Wantagh, such a great experience!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! we have been trying to pay or bill for the last two months, been leaving messages and no one gets back to us. We now got a letter from court! Not collection, COURT!!! They are suing us over $400 we have been trying to pay. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!

Brought my niece there since her dad couldn't make it. My niece seems to like the staff and she practices her speech lessons as prescribed. My only issue is that the staff comes to the waiting room and with other children and families start talking aout the speech issues they're dealing with. This is a HIPPA violation and they should be aware of this

We have been going here for only a few months but we've already seen improvement in our 5 year old! Therapists are kind and try to keep the exercises fun.

Office appointments are always on schedule, never waiting for them. Thankful for the text reminders as well. Staff and therapists are always happy and great with the kids. Wrap up explanations once the session is over is always appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for speech services.

Ms Jen have been patient and caring with my son. I have noticed a great improvement in his fluency, reading and language. Staff is very professional and flexible.

This place has been amazing with my child, we have been only going a few weeks and I can already see a difference. The staff is incredibly attentive, extremely friendly and very courteous. They take all of our concerns seriously and help us in guiding our child to the best success possible. Thank you so much for all you guys do ❤️

My son started just about a year ago in the wantagh office. He has made unbelievable progress. We are so thankful to have found them!
