Horrible experience. 1st visit for infant son and last. Was in car finishing up paperwork, I see a woman outside gardening (no gloves). I finished up my paperwork go inside and a patient was walking out. I hear her still in exam room but she never came out, no receptionist. I yell out "hello" she says to come into exam room. When I go in I recognize the doctor as the woman who was gardening. She starts tickling my son face with filthy hands. Literally visible dirt on hands and in nails. So #1 she never washed her hands after gardening and #2 nor after the previous patient. Then proceeds to grab his hand and he grasped her finger with his hand. I was disgusted and held his hands the entire time because I did not want him putting his hands in his mouth after that. She then takes a skin testing kit out that looked like it was 20 yrs old with faded and peeling off labels (indicating different foods). When she opens the tray there is almost like a little claw that has separate pricked ends dipped inside separate solutions. The solutions looked like half of it disintegrate with an old ring marking. She proceeded to prick his skin, some of them pricked the skin and others she didn't press in. There was no way the kit was ever cleaned between patients. I was in disbelief and in complete shock the entire time, it looked completely unhygienic and was so disappointed in myself for not stopping her and leaving with my child. In the end she gave no clear answers. Her words: "Maybe an apple allergy but most kids take 1 or 2 bites of an apple, so I doubt he'll eat a whole apple. You could just maybe make sure it's cooked anyway. I think it will be fine". I then went to my car and scrubbed my child down with alcohol pads.

Went to this dr several years ago her hands looked like she was planting a garden and didn't wash hands then had me in a room that was full of junk and food like it was a makeshift cafeteria and storage area with a few pieces of equipment. She wanted me to use an inhaler that was used by others and couldn't remember which test she put on which arm so she had to repeat test I didn't go back and I wouldn't ...

dirty office, incompetent testing

The office is very dirty and cluttered with stacks of papers. She was disconnected with the patient and rude. She administered the food skin test, set a timer and left my son in the room unattended. I left the waiting room and went to sit with my son in case he experienced any kind of reaction. The whole office visit and testing seemed to be smoke and mirror just to charge the insurance company. When I asked her what allergens she was testing for she could not answer.

She was SO patient and awesome with our special needs child. LOVE her

Staff is polite and very accommodating. Can't say the same for Dr. Louie. My first encounter was fine, after that it went downhill. She has no bedside manners. I initially met with Dr. Codispoti but unfortunately he retired so we were left with her. If you can find another doctor run don't walk.

The worst Dr. ever. Mean and scattered! Talks down to her patients.
