genuinely the worst doctors office i have EVER been to. I have gone here multiple times and I have left with a terrible experience each time. I have been to multiple different doctors at this office and they are all terrible. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and I regret it each time. I don't write reviews EVER but I am trying to help other people out there who aren't 100% comfortable at gynos. There is ZERO customer service it is basically a transaction. A gynecologist appointment is something scary and intimate for almost every woman, especially young woman. I would never send my daughter to a place like this and leave her terrified to go to a gynecologist for the rest of her life. They basically put you in a room, have you undress, typical stuff, but if you don't comply 100% or have any hesitation about anything there is no consoling- nothing. I have never been treated worse in my life by any place. I worked at a fast food restaurant as a teen and I gave the customers better customer service than this place. If you have any hesitation they either force you or tell you to leave. I have never felt so pressured by anything in my entire life. I always have someone with me and they are shocked each time at the treatment I am given. Save yourself the time and find a different gyno.
Horrible and unprofessional service. I had a scheduled tele-health appointment in August that I waited 3 weeks for. Spoke to the NP who informed me that since all I needed was a refill on my asthma rescue inhailer and an allergy medicine that no tele-health appointment is needed, and it would be called in the same day to CVS. I checked with CVS and nothing was called in. It's a month later-- I've been calling for weeks and all I get is a busy signal or the line rings and is disconnected. I received a text that I have an in office appointment this week, that I never scheduled. Can't get a hold of anyone to reschedule or tell them that the refills were never called in during August. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized office and staffing that I've ever experienced!
This office is completely unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. The front desk staff does not inform their patients of what is needed to process and be billed for an appointment. Went in for an urgent care visit and was billed for a visit that was incorrect, as well as billed for seeing a pcp and was told months later that I need a referral for an urgent care visit. When asked why I wasn't informed of such a thing, they tell me that it is not their responsibility. They clearly need to fix their office and how it is run. When my insurance company try to contact them there was no response.
This place is the pits. I am incapacitated due to a change medication and requested to speak to physician asap and am still waiting for a call back It seems this is a moneymaking enterprise for CEO with no real concern for patients. You feel you are just a number for them They really have a lot to improve I'm terms of MD patient communication and real concern for patients
I guess this location is the best kept secret for imaging. The Middletown locoation was booked for two months and I got an appointment at this location within two weeks. Very quiet and low key place unlike Middletown location that is always hopping with people. The tech Stephanie was very friendly and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
