I am new in Middletown. I am Pregnant. Went asking for help to deliver at saint anthony hospital because i dont have much money. The first doctor that saw me sent me to do a lot of unnecessary appointments and “consultation “ that charged me hundreds of dollars per appointment. I wasnt told about it, my insurance only covered 25% and i am now stressed, sad, and depressed with a baby coming. I cant eat, i cant sleep, and i cant stop crying. Called billing, sent letter, and no body answer, no body helps, they just tell you is your fault for not checking with ur insurance first. How would i trust a doctor who sent me to unnecessary appointments and be betrayed like this? So no doctors are into helping now, just ripping u off ur few last pennies?

Update - insurance with this facility has been an absolute nightmare. Processing claims wrong so they show as out of network and me owing full responsibility, have called several times explaining this and that my insurance requests pre authorization from doctor. I am told it will be taken care of and it never is so I have well over 100,000$ showing I owe because they refuse to process insurance correctly. Do not go to this facility. The doctors are great but it is not worth any of the headache that comes along with dealing with them. I want to love this office but I just can’t. I went here for my first pregnancy. Front desk staff typically has an attitude or are giving dirty looks. Some days I would go in and be seen on time and be in and out in 20 minutes, other days I’d be in the waiting room an hour past my appointment time. I arrived one day for an appointment at 2pm, I was told the dr was not in and was running late at the hospital and there was a delay - I asked about how long and they told me 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I ended up cancelling because I couldn’t wait this long for my appointment. I completely understand the dr needed to be at the hospital, but this obviously wasn’t a surprise and I would’ve appreciated a phone call prior instead of making the trip when I could’ve told them I’d have to reschedule anyway. The nurses are very loud at their station and you can hear them gossiping as they don’t really even try to hide it which is pretty unprofessional. The nurses seem lazy. I had a nurse take my weight one day, when the dr came in he mentioned I had lost 20 lb since my last visit, I said no I haven’t. He mentioned the weights and I asked to be re weighed, and it was the same as my last visit. At postpartum visits I was asked how much I weigh instead of them just taking a new weight. However, the doctors have all been nothing short of amazing. It is very unfortunate that the front and nursing staff doesn’t match the doctor care. Also, any time I have had to call for insurance assistance or leave a message for a doctor they have always been very helpful. Unfortunately I really do like the doctors at this practice and their customer service (phone system) has always been easy to navigate and helpful.

I give this place a zero. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this low quality office and staff. It's no wonder they don't have a waiting list. The doctor caused me considerable distress during exam due to rough and crude treatment. The staff are lazy and disinterested. Awful experience.

Yes the reviews here are accurate. I planned all my work schedule to do a obgyn visit, i waited 1 hour, i called twice to confirm my appt when i get there the receptionist tells me of 1 hour or more wiat she doesnt know! Horrible and very unprofessional. Crystal run is the worst. After waiting i get a rushed doctor that is rushing me so she want to get out to next patience. Is that real the america health care? pretty sad! not coming back.

My doctor retired and I made an appointment to see Dr. Panda. They texted me 45 minutes before my appointment to tell me they cancelled it due to the doctor's change in schedule. I know of others who have said this has happened multiple times to them.

81 Ronald Reagan Blvd. Crystal Run Obstetrics & Gynecology Appointment on 4/25 canceled as I arrived in parking lot for my appointment. Advised Dr. was on call & she left the office (it happens). Rescheduled for 5/9 & canceled again this time a text on my way to my appointment. Lastly, (third time is a charm) I was rescheduled with another Doctor for 5/23. Traveled to office walked in only to be told by a condescending receptionist that the Doctor had left. (Receptionist was somehow unaware that this was the third missed appointment, however the office manager was aware when I asked for her) No call or text. Terribly unprofessional & a huge waste of time. No stars. Crystal Run Healthcare should be paying me copayments.

From the receptionist to Dr Rangadhama I had a wonderful experience. Thank you all. I found my new doctor

Very unwelcoming, especially you don’t live in the area. This is an obgyn office; the banter and laughter in the back office from the assistants nurse etc, really over whelming especially if you’re dealing with a sensitive issue as a woman. I would never recommend the doctor I seen, I barely understood her. And she can’t keep the zoo together either. A big problem for real life matters

They still use sheets to wrap you for examinations. It's 2023. Why is this center still using sheets?

This was the Warwick location. Waited over an hour to be admitted into an examine room and waited another 15 min to be seen by the doctor. I think they’re seriously understaffed here or over booked with patients because this was the longest I ever waited here. I was asked into an office, not an exam room because they had no availability, for the nurse to ask me the basic questions. Dr. Caban was great, patient, and explained everything she was going to do, and the only reason why I would come back here. Absolutely loved her!
