I find the staff and environment wonderful. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. I find the Dr. To be an excellent one who goes far and beyond medicine to treat his patient.

Dr Schafenberger is a great doctor but unfortunately his staff isn't. He has been my doctor for 17 years. Tried to make a appointment because I'm not feeling well and they told me they aren't taking ""sick people "". You can't make this up everyone. If this is there policy then I guess I will have to find a new doctor. I hope Dr Shafenberger is aware of this policy.

Dr. Sharfenberger is a good doctor. He doesn’t shove pills down your throat and tries to approach your Health in a wholistic way. However, His office staff/ receptionist are horrible! They are nasty, they are rude and I have been a patient for more than 20 years. I am leaving the practice after how I was just treated by his office. This is the second incident -not the first.
