A Great doctor with a funny sense of humor !

I have had the pleasure to be with Dr.Alvarez now for over 3yrs.. He is very attentive, caring, great bedside manners as well. He has a sense of humor that some may take wrong but overall he makes great conversation, listens well, a professional doctor. He has never made me feel uncomfortable, answers all of my medical concerns.

Dr. Alvarez is the best PcP a patient can have period. Super smart and compasionate with amazing bedside manor. I wish I would have met him 20 years ago. I recomend him to all my friends. A doctor you can really trust.

It is actually wonderful to have a primary care doctor that is not wrapped up with Middletown Medical or Crystal Run Health care! Dr. Alvarez is very attentive and actually listens to you and your medical concerns. He is the definition of what is missing in health care professionals today. He is truly a down to earth doctor who pulls no punches. He is very easy to talk to and puts you at ease. I have had many, many doctors over the years who shouldn't even be practicing. I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez without hesitation.

Dr. Alvarez has always been professional and taken care of all of my health needs. He has a sense of humor that may be taken wrong by some, but has never made me feel uncomfortable or skeptical in any of his diagnosis or treatments over the years of being in his medical care. I am grateful for having had him as my doctor, and am sad to have to leave, do to his not taking my coverage. A fine man, and good Doctor.

Worst physician I have ever seen. Don’t bother going to him for actual medical help. All he does is hand out meds to recovering addicts. Very rude demeanor. I was there for a general check up and I felt I had a cold/flu coming on, it was like I was annoying him by being there. Stay away! His office is also dirty and outdated.

this guy is funny to me. He treats patients like garbage and is the most incompetent dr. I have ever met. I don’t know how he made it through med school. I wish zero stars was an option.
