Called the emergency line twice and left a detailed message at 6pm on sat. And sent a text. Got a reply at 4am. Choose wisely

This place is great. The staff is very friendly, they all have great attitudes and they made me laugh alot! They are also very fast at their jobs and dont waste any time playing games. They were able to get me in the same day for a procedure. Everything went very smooth and Dr Ramos was very confident and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend . I also will be seeing their dentist since it's all in the same building which is very convenient.

For a long time, my family members and I came to this dentist office. It's embarrassing to admit the number of times we put up with their unprofessionalism. They overbook patients all the time leading to very long wait times. One of the female doctors laughed at a family members face when asked a question that apparently was "such a ridiculous question." That same doctor attended said family member aggressively after that question was asked. They messed up another family members dentures. Refused to fix and dismissed her because she doesn't speak very well English. Save your time and questions for a more put together and kind office.

I have been happy with the services rendered. I appreciate Stella taking her time to ensure all of my prior authorizations and routines are up to date. In the event of a dental emergency, they have been very accommodating.

Estelle has to be the rudest person I ever met. I simply asked for clarity for a simple consultation referral to be met with by a disgusting attitude matched with the most rude way to address a situation. When requested to speak with someone for my referral she hung up on me. I understand if you’re upset with work you take a day off not take out your anger on someone else. Someone like this should be reprimanded for such unacceptable and unprofessional behavior to a client.

The Office Manager Completely incompetent and abrupt very rude and aggressive..she totally messed up my appt .. i was due a cleaning and this was my second appt at this office..when the Hygienist was told by me that i need to be numbed for a cleaning ( not topical i needed an injection) she said we would have to reschedule.. WOW this was an exact repeat of what i was told in my first appointment.. so i got no cleaning yet again was told i need a deep scaling and i should see a Periodontist .. i requested a copy of my xrays signed a release form and was told they would be emailed. What a complete joke and it was hilarious how the Office Mgr made sure she let me know she was in charge ( id keep that a secret) how ridiculous and unprofessional. Dont bother going there that Mgr spends too much time tooting her horn!! She also made up this long dialogue she had the phone with me prior to todays appt which she had zero history of me within her knowledge .. gaslighting.

Worst experience ever ! I had to call 9 times to get some information about a $425 bill they sent me for no reason and they kept saying the manager is going to call me back and I'm still waiting! Really unprofessional! Stay away from this office!

I’ve been a patient of port dental for about ten years now. I’ve experienced I believe every dentist there and have been beyond thrilled with each of them. I still go to them even after moving 2 hours away. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair. The doctors, surgeons, hygienists, periodontist, and staff and friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and gentle.

Worst experience! I had to call 3 times to schedule an appointment for my daughter and they kept saying we are going to call you back and nothing and the last time I called they said nothing is available till what so ever.

Big Nope. Staff is terrible and the doctors are no bueno.
