I've been a patient for three years, needed paperwork to continue my treatment for work and they would not give it to me. I had to stop my treatment and live in pain. This facility does not care about the patient, they only care about the money coming in and where they can make the biggest dollar. After stopping my monthly visits they never even called me to ask why I stopped coming. Great patient care and awesome empathy for a patients pain.
He’s extremely rough and not the doctor you want to see if you have a lengthy or complicated medical history. He seems to be more about seeing more people versus the quality of his care. Made it quite clear that my medical history slowed him down and he wasn’t going to have that. Immediately pushed for spinal epidural seemingly without regard for my immunocompromised status. Will not recommend.
Dr. Bolla and Mylene are a great team. They are caring and knowledgeable in taking care of intense pain. I call him my miracle man.
I noticed multiple follow appointments, unnecessary follow up appointments. I did like how the male doctor remembered my face after a few months and how they tried what they could to help me. It was however very hard to get a hold of them by phone to cancel an appointment. They do charge if you are a no-show which makes no sense if they don’t answer the phone.
If I could give negative stars I would. THE MOST disrespectful, rude, arrogant doctor I have ever met, and that's saying something. I was there for two hours, answered the same questions four times (once in writing, then to the nurse, who was great, once to the nurse practitioner, who was fine and then AGAIN to the doctor, who also put me through the same paces of bending over, walking, etc. as the NP). NO explanation of side effects or drawbacks to an epidural, very dismissive of my questions and concerns, and was very unfriendly and impossible to talk to or get any other information from. Check his credentials - HE HASN'T GOT ANY! Where is his residency and internship? He has a four year MD from a university no one has heard of in the Philippines! Yet he represents he specializes in anesthesiology! I wouldn't let him come near my dog with a toe nail trimmer, much less my back to administer an epidural. What a horrible experience!!!
Dr. Bolla mistreats his nursing staff making them cry almost every day.
Dr. Bolla and the wonderful staff at Pain Solutions of Watertown have helped me a great deal. I was in such pain in my back I would be lucky to get 1 hour sleep some nights. The office got me right in while the other pain clinic in Watertown said I could not even get a consult appointment for two months ! I cannot thank Dr. Bolla and his staff enough.
Totally relieved my back and leg pain. Very professional. Staff was lovely to me.
Only interested in making a living doing spinal injections. If they don't work or you doubt them this place washes their hand of you.
He is the best Dr out there. I have not found a Dr like him since. He gave me 2 more years of service before I was medically retired from the Army. He did everything in his power to help me. Unfortunately the neurosurgeon who did my back surgery cut nerves. Thankfully that Dr no longer practices in Watertown. Thank you Dr Bolla for all you have done.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
