We were very impressed with our experience at North Country Orthopedic. Dr. Baird was our surgeon and we would highly recommend him and the entire staff. Everyone was kind and considerate and the entire experience went 'like clock work'. Our office visits would also be included in this recommendation.

Dr. Baird did a great job with my carpal tunnel surgery. His staff was kind and the whole operation was pretty seamless. I wish I had had directions about exercises for it afterward, but that's all.

Dr Baird is a wonderful orthopedic doctor. My experience at North Country Orthopedic was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I had carpal tunnel surgery and my hand feels like new! I’ve been telling friends about what a great job Dr Baird did and how pleased I am with my surgery. Very professional and Dr Baird takes time to explain everything in detail.

Dr Baird performed my first Carpal Tunnel surgery and it was such a great experience that I came back from Virginia to NY just to have him complete my other Carpal Tunnel. He and his staff are so accommodating. They fit me in for surgery practically on the spot! In my opinion he is one of the best! Highly recommend him and his staff! Their ambulatory surgical center is so organized and no need to go to the hospital great staff! Shout out to the Administrative Professionals, Nurses, Anesthesiologists, and OR Technicians and all other staff!

The worst doctor I have ever encountered as a service member..Was referred for a lower back exam by my main doctor on post due to my injuries. As I sat in the room with the doctor (keep in mind was 5 minutes max…very first time I had seen Dr. Baird) he asked me what I was feeling I told him that it was difficult to move. He said okay “Are you still in the Medboard process”, I said “yes” he asked “what for” and I said what it was for (not pertaining to my back) he then asked “are you going through with it” and I said “yes” he then, only made me walk across the room once and asked me to touch my toes (which I couldn’t do) and he looked as me and said “you can’t touch your toes” I replied “no cause it hurts” he then gets up and says “WELL EVERYTHING looks good on your back MRI and X-RAY GOOD LUCK, THEN WALKS OUT OF THE ROOM!!! I then asked the nurse if he could come back cause I didn’t get to talk to him. He only poked his head in and said “You can get a second opinion In SYR GOOD LUCK…..

Dr.Baird explained completely what he was going to do for my surgery. He gave me options for having the procedure done 2different ways. He is very kind and super friendly. Thank you for helping me. I don’t drop thing anymore.

Dr. Baird and his staff were very helpful when I came in for an issue with my elbow after an injury a few years ago. Talked to me in detail about my options and which route we would take to best suite me. We went forward with surgery and everything went fantastic the staff at the surgery center took amazing care of me when coming out of anesthesia. The entire process was fantastic highly recommend!
