I had a shoulder replacement after falling and breaking my shoulder, and couldn’t be happier with how I was treated, and my results. I had a ton of pain before the surgery, but almost none afterwards. I didn’t even have to take my pain medication. I am back to golfing, and playing catch with my grandkids!

Super pleased with my care. I had surgery 6 months ago, and from the moment I work up after surgery have had no pain, and my shoulder is like it was 20 years ago! Doctor was always very honest, and I knew I could trust her.

I saw Dr. Hettrich in early 2021 for a tough shoulder problem that other doctors in the area couldn't figure out. She was amazing and diagnosed and fixed the problem!

My entire experience with Dr Hettrich has been Excellent! I had an accident and separated my shoulder (grade 3, collar bone completely separated from my shoulder bade). I met with Dr Hettrich, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and straightforward. I had the surgery, it went like clockwork, and have been following her instructions through my recovery. It's been 10 weeks now, I've been through the post op visits, the brace is off and I'm now in the Physical Therapy program, making very good progress. As mentioned, my experience with Dr Hettrich herself has been excellent through the entire process, but beyond that, her team (office assistant and PA) has been have been extraordinary with excellent communications and clearly very knowledgeable about all the peripheral matters. It feels like what I envision concierge service to be like. I highly recommend her for a shoulder surgery like mine.

Doc replaced my left shoulder with a normal total shoulder replacement on March 1, 2012. It still works perfectly and I train, ride, and trim horses (hooves), and I am 71 years young. She replaced my right shoulder November 114, 2016, with a reverse total shoulder replacement and I still have full range of motion and am not inhibited from a normal horsemanship lifestyle in any way. If you need shoulder surgery and are geographically close to Doc Hettrich, do yourself a favor, and book an appointment!
