The residents here are the best of the best, however the same cannot be said for the management of the facility. The cost of living was increased during COVID without much of any improvements to quality aside from basic sanitation measures which arguably should have been in place to begin with. Many such cases! You would assume that some of that extra money could go towards bringing back starter plates for bread during dinner time but it seems to have instead gone into the pockets of the corporate hacks who own Senior Lifestyle Corp. A boosted wage was introduced for part-time workers in the form of 'Hero pay' to compensate for reduced hours during COVID lockdowns, however these were revoked with the lift of the lockdown and have yet to return 2 weeks into the second lockdown period. If you are a relative of a senior and they need aren't as sociable, I would definitely advise looking to one of the other Senior Living centers around Webster as the benefits of this place lie only within the other residents and some of the other employees. That being said the aides here do provide excellent care, but that doesn't justify the $3100/month rent as this should be the standard for these types of places.

My parents recently moved in. EVERYONE is so incredibly friendly and helpful - staff and residents! I couldn't be happier that my parents are here in this safe and stress-free environment.

Management needs an overhaul . ALD needs to show more respect for her nurses and not run and hide when an issue arises.
