My son Marquis went to see Dr Tingley. The office was very clean . Staff was pleasant and friendly. Mr. Tingley was very personable and informative. Definitely would recommend this office

We were referred here by my son’s Pediatrician. Dr Tingley was fantastic, however we had a early morning appointment for my son’s first appointment and we were there quite a long time. Then we were told after the fact that our vision insurance wouldn’t be accepted but they were still going to try to sell us glasses! The staff just seemed a bit disorganized and not very friendly. For it being my son’s very first time, I was hoping they would be a bit more understanding and compassionate. He had to have the eye drops in his eyes for the exam and it freaked him out at first. My husband and I tried to help him relax but the nurse wasn’t too thrilled with him. Again, I was happy with the doctor and his professionalism but the rest of the experience was just okay, I think we will be finding a place that accepts our insurance and has better bedside manor for kids.
