I went to visit my grandmother during Covid and the staff was absolutely amazing! They were wonderful in making me feel welcome, making sure the visit with my grandmother was as comfortable as could be considering the circumstances while maintaining social distancing and covid guidelines. Very pleased can't wait to go back again

I love this little nursing home! It is a small home located in Wellsville, NY. This is not a facility, IT IS A HOME for those who reside there. The staff is very caring, professional, and friendly who take care of and treat the residents like they are their own family members. The home is clean, cozy, and welcoming. Each time I visit Highland I am greeted like a member of the family!

Highland Park is the most wonderful place. They took care of my husband when he was dying of a brain tumor. I was able to have lunch with him everyday and my children and I were able to come back in the afternoon and spend many hours with him. The care was so wonderful that I decided to go to work for them. I love my job and I love my work family they're the most wonderful caring people I have ever met. Highland Park is truly a remarkable small town loving caring rehabilitation and nursing facility.

Wouldnt be such a bad place if you werent smacked in the face by the strong urine odor everytime you enter the facility

Highland Park is an 80 bed facility providing long term care as well as short term physical rehab. Services include PT, OT as well as 24 hour nursing care. Nursing staff are able to provide on site IV therapy to reduce hospitalizations. Activities are offered during day and evening shifts as well as a fully staffed nutrition and kitchen department that is able to provide for dietary restrictions and special accommodations. Friendly well trained staff, many who haved worked at the facility for a long time.

I go with the girls and you about a year ago that the staff is wonderful the residents are beautiful people very loving very affectionate administration staff is probably one of the worst ministration staff you can ever experience they scream and yell at the actual workers that means the people that actually work there not you ministration staff the actual workers is very disrespectful and I don't think anybody I love working there but they need new administration is the one that he have their treats they actual working people like orally I'm trying to put it nicely I do room at recommend presents be there but don't be in real bad shape cuz you'll end up being going from part-time to full-time residents with the with the administration they disrespect the actual workers yes I was fired I really don't care the actual working people CNAs the house keeping dietary everybody is wonderful except for ministry not all of ministration just a vast majority
