List of David A. Pawlowski's Reviews
Pawlowski refuses to speak with patients over the phone. It is hard to schedule appointments with him and even when you have an appointment it is extremely rushed. He is the type of doctor that will not even recognize you after being a patient of his for 13 years who only books appointments with him. My last appointment he based my entire exam after blood work from 6 months ago instead of giving me my results from the blood test i took a week before my appointment so the nurse had to call me a month after that appointment to give me my real results not sure why it took an entire month. The nurses at the practice are nice but if you need anything done urgently then good luck because nobody is reliable. I sometimes have to call 23 times to refill a prescription due to them forgetting to send it to the pharmacy. Highgate is just a money grab they dont actually care about the patient and have to many patients to actually provide adequate attention to each one.
Dr. Pawlowski and his staff have always been attentive, responsive, and outgoing. As my PCP, I feel very comfortable under his care, and I would happily recommend him to others.
Waiting time is long. See someone different every time I go here( have never not once seen dr pawlowski) . No follow ups. They just don’t care. I understand wait times are long as most places and that would be fine if I was getting good care. Problems with billing also. You pay your co pays and send you a letter saying you didn’t. Will be going elsewhere for my health care needs.

He doesn’t listen to patients and he was kind of rude.
What the heck happened to this place? They lied to my father, & friends of mine have left this practice. Very disappointed in how I was treated on the way out. The girl (I'm not going to say lady because she acted like a snotty teen) was very rude, & seemed bothered she had to actually do her job. She didn't say ok you're welcome, not even have a good day. I used to recommend your office to people but lately the way I'm talked to on the phone & the unprofessionalism by staff; I think I'll be
Just a quack!. Doesn't listen to patients. Rude, ignorance, just horrible guy.
What doctor perscribes Hydromorphone & Haloperidol decanoate & Ativan also together... Obviously it's a deadly mix I wonder how many have passed from this. Hmm
This guy is arrogant, ignorant, insensitive, complete creep.
Does not explain only wants to hear what he wants. Insensitive, careless, A complete idiot.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
