He pretty much didnt believe my pain, even with ct scan showing a great pic of kidney stone in kidney, he was like i dont think thats your pain, so i went and got sonogram and more x-rays done and nothing showed up in those tests, but kidney stone is still there and says nothing he can do about it.I will never go back there again, so i stay in pain in my kidney area with a ct scan clear as day showing a stone. What got me was his actual facial expression of not believing me, when there was picture proof.

On June 25 th I had a kidney stone removed by Dr Kukadia at Good Sam hospital. He scheduled the appointment telling me that he would remove the stone and that he would have it analyzed and we would then be able to find out exactly what caused the stone. I had never had a kidney stone before. I am a 39 year old male, athletic, in good shape, eat healthy and all I drink is water. I rarely drink alcohol and I'm an non smoker. So this completely caught me off guard.The procedure was fine, except for the fact that he showed up to the hospital that day in a wrinkled golf shirt like he had just gotten home from a night out with the boys. Not something you want to see as you are going into surgery.Days after I went to his office to have the stint removed which I could not wait because I was now leaking and uncomfortable. When I got there I found there was five other patients scheduled for the same time as me all to see him. So I sat there leaking in my pants in his waiting room in and out of the bathroom for and hour and 15 minutes. Once he saw me and removed the stint I was told my results for the stone would take another week and the would give me a call. This was June 28th.On July 15th I called them having not heard from them and could not get a person on the line through their switchboard. I left a message on their lab results message line asking for a call back. They never did.I called back a week later again and left another message and was finally called back and was told that good Sam has my results and they will contact them for me and call me back.One week passed.... I called back again and left a message. It was answered back 3 days later with."Your lab tests were cancelled we do not have results for you. If you have any further question please feel free to contact our office"It's now august I have asked to speak to Dr Kukadia several times to find out why he did not follow through to make sure my tests were done so that I can make sure I can prevent from getting another stone in the future. His assistant gave me an answer this morning. " well if did that for all of his patients he would never actually see patients" I'm sorry I disagree. He may not see 5 all scheduled at the same time (like you so insensitivitly do to post operation patients) but he will make sure that the ones he is seeing are receiving the care he promised them and had told them they would be receiving.
