List of Kavita Mariwalla's Reviews
So cold and impersonal I waited months for an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes for an all over body scan. I tried to make conversation and was treated so rudely I will never return. Nasty doctor very disappointing as her mother has been my sons pediatrician for 20 years!
Saw Dr M and she was very thorough. Explained everything and didn’t rush at all. Highly recommend her!
Staff at desk was rude- they have no interest in your name, just dob and Co Pay. Now, because of COVID they won't take checks! Each appt was rushed.
Very friendly staff. The doctor diagnosed my rash within minutes when I had been struggling with many other dermatologists to figure out what was going on. I've been told this is the office other doctor's go to with their own problems - I can see why.
As a possible cancer patient, I have never received such disrespect and refusal to help me while trying to make a doctors appointment. The receptionist was incredibly rude; refused to verify that they took my insurance (even though I had informed her that I checked with my insurance company's website under my insurance id -which ONLY brings up active providers for my plan) and just told me I'd be a cash patient unless I wanted to call the insurance with their NPI number. I worked in various doctors offices over the past 15 years as a medical receptionist and we were NEVER allowed to refuse to check a patients' insurance benefits. Its actually easier for the medical provider to verify under their NPI that they take your plan then for you to search your insurance companies' website for verification. I made a formal complaint with Aetna my insurance provider who was just a surprised as i was that i was refused an appointment. Apparently having a mole that you've had your whole life suddenly double in size in the past few months isn't cause for concern for this office.

I was a new patient for skin cancer screening. My appt was for 6pm and I was not called in until after 7pm.I have worked in doctor's offices for 20 years so I understand wait times.Just didn't understand how everyone walking in WAY after me was being called in before me.She was extremely nice but rushed the appt. She never introduced herself seeing as I was a new patient and when she left she said "it was good to see me again".I may have been in there for 5 minutes and didn't feel I was examined enough. As she was checking areas of my skin she's pointing out other issues (that I don't have)and having another girl order all of these medications for me.I explained to her that I just had dry skin. She was basically prescribing me expensive creams that was completely unnecessary. She also said I could use a serum for acne scars which I barely have and it was $86.00. She is all about pushing extremely expensive products and doesn't take the time to listen. Very disappointing.
Great vist awesome doctor.
I had terrible rashes all over my body. My skin was so itchy I scratched until I bled. I called my Dr. He immediately called Dr Mariwalla to see me. It was end of day but she waited to see me. She is extremely nice, helpful, patient, and listens to you. She is (I feel) extremely knowledgeable and knows her craft!! I was having a extremely bad bout of Lupus. Which I fine a lot of Drs aren’t really fully knowledgeable of this disease. I can tell you that she knows and understands lupus and it’s levels. She put me on the proper medication. I felt better within a day. I thank you Dr Mariwalla for making special time to see me when I know you could have already been home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!!
Love my experience with Dr. Mariwalla. She is amazing and very caring. I took my mother here and I do not regret it. She treats my mother with so much respect and explains everything she does and what the process is. My mother’s self esteem is blooming after her treatments.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
