List of Matthew L. Woolley's Reviews
Makes the visit almost enjoyable. Puts you at ease and is not pushy but very thorough Same for his staff, Laura, very upbeat and front desk, Maryellen. Thank You all. Peter Campanella
every time i have had an appointment with Dr. Woolley he has been nothing but professional and kind. I enjoy our conversations because he is easy to speak with. Good guy and a good doctor.
Apparently you cannot make an appointment with Dr. Wooley if you have seen another Urologist 2 years ago. He was referred to me by my primary who I trust dearly. I was frustrated at best because I had two people in the front office give me several different reasons why they would not take me as a patient — first it was because "they do not take other Doctors patients" then it was, "he doesn't take on your type of issue" which is a vasectomy and he does or my primary would not have referred me and then it was "oh you can see another Docter in the office" and then after speaking to another person it was "if you want to see him it is three months out". This was just ridiculous and unprofessional. It goes without saying that I will shopping around for a more professional practice to handle my sensitive procedure.
My first experience in the office was a very bad one. I gave Dr. Woolley Office another try and spoke to office manager Lynne. Lynne was understanding and apologetic for the misunderstanding. I was treated professionally and respectfully. Dr Woolley took the time to hear all my health concerns and gave me good suggestions. Christina the receptionist was professional and caring which set the bar on how a medical office should be ran.
Went for a 12:00 pm appointment, got to the door at 12:00pm along with another patient (Joe), whose appointment was at 12:15pm, towing behind me. Processed before Joe, waited 30 mins they called in Joe. SMH I came first. 15 mins later they put me in a room to wait another 40 mins without saying why it’s taking them so long to see me and why I was skipped. I was so upset I just walked out. I want my $10 co-pay back. 😡.
This doctor is amazing. Had s procedure and went incredible.
It felt good to go to a doctor that did not rush me. He explained every detail, no matter how many times i asked the same question. He was extremely sympathetic to my emotions towards what I was dealing with. I know he will do whatever is necessary to handle my medical needs. Thank you for that!
I went as a follow up after being seen at an emergency care facility. The office support staff was very kind but the associated Dr. lacked bedside manners barely introduced himself. Sent me for testing without explaining why. I also called the doctor 3 days before someone called back with my test results, as a result I ended up being taken care of in the emergency room.
Excellent doctor! Very knowledgeable and easy to discuss your issues with! Very caring and very nice!!
Lacking in bedside manners, extremely rude and very short

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
