My visit was yesterday,and Office staff,Dr.Neil was such a good experience.I was so nervous and scared,but Dr.and staff made me feel so safe,and could not have ask for better care.Will go back to him if possible.

Dr. Frawirth is a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He truely cares about every patient , treating his patients as if they were his family. Sr. Frawirth educates his patients not only with their medical issues and he educates each on the possible side effects and the dangers of opiates. One person dies every 18 minutes due to over dose. His staff are great. They too treat all as their family. If you're looking for a dr to just hand out pills, don't waste Dr. Frawirths time or hisknowledge

The doctor is great but the check in lady is the worst.

The office staff are rude & judge you walking in the door. They assume you're a drug addict in the door & are so unfriendly. The wait times are a joke, & the clinic is pretty much ran by his PA. Once he does the initial evaluation you will never see him again. All your appointments afterwards will be done by his PA. He & his office staff are very unprofessional with the exception of his PA. His office also is run down & dingy looking, his equipment is dilapidated & needs to be overhauled.
