This review is for office staff not the doctor as i never saw the doctor. I would give it Zero stars if i could. I had a scheduled appointment at 12pm. I get there at 11:30am to fill out paperwork. I was led into the exam room at 12:02pm. I was told the doctor is running late. You would think running late means 10 to 15 minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour in the examining room. If the staff had told me that doctor was over an hour late, I would have rescheduled. The least they can do is lead me back to the waiting room. Sitting on the examining chair for over an hour is very uncomfortable. My entire day is not dedicated to this office visit. The staff was very rude when i decided to leave. They didn't offer to rescheduled or refund my co-payment as I never saw the doctor. The staff told he should be here soon. They should have provided me with updates instead of having me wonder when he’s going to show up. This is extremely unprofessional. I think waiting over an hour is more than patient. I would avoid this place at all cost. If my insurance was charged, you can be sure that I will dispute it. This is fraud as I never saw the doctor.

Dr Saini has treated me for 5 years. He takes his time, & im very pleased with his his medical knowledge. Ive grown kidney stones for almost 40 years, but he prescribed a treatment that arrested any further stones

Dr. Saini is a true professional who takes time with his patients. His explanations are clear and calming. I’ve had to call his office twice with questions regarding my treatment and he returned my phone calls promptly. He even called me once in the evening to see how I was doing. He is an exceptional urologist and I highly recommend him.
