MDs are fine but some .don't relay to patient lab results

This place is great because it accommodates early AM appointments and after 5PM appointments. That being said, they can work on training their receptionists better. I called in to ask about procedure to drop off samples to the lab. The woman on the line told me that all I had to do was go to the lab and drop off. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to open the door at the lab, which by the way has a NO KNOCKING sign on it.... Someone finally came out and told me that I have to "check in" at reception in order to drop off the samples. So now after already waiting for 15 minutes, I now had to get on a long line to "check in" only for the same door to open and someone take my samples. Not a huge deal, but I intentionally got there early so that I can make it to work on time and ended up being late because I spent 15 minutes waiting for no reason.

The clinic has the potential to be great but the check in process is horrendous. The doctors I’ve encountered and the pediatric department are amazing. However, the check in process and front desk should not take 20 minutes. There is never enough staff checking in patients. When they do have a full staff, they are not friendly and talking amongst each other while ignoring the patients in line.

I would like to thank Roman(RN) and Dr.P in Urgent Care. Roman is one of the nicest, patient, caring nurses I ever came across. He took great care of me .Offered me a pillow and a blanket because I was cold. I never never forget the service I received . I'm so appreciative.

The most unprofessional facility I have encountered. I am left a voicemail with only a first name and nothing else, no department no further information. I call back several times during the day and for 2 days I can't get a single person on the phone. Messages have been left and not a single call. I needed medication prescribed a month ago and still don't have what I need because apparently nothing was sent in that months time. Does anyone work there? Not a single supervisor or nurse answers the phone. This place doesn't care about its patients just charging your insurance. Crystal Run Healthcare west nyack is a joke, a scam. Not to mention the ultrasound technician asking questions but won't tell me why they are asking questions s responding with "I can't answer that I don't read the results you have to get them from the doctor". Then why ask me anything and make me anxious about getting my results now!!! You'll die before getting proper medical treatment from this place.

I love my 2 out of 3 Doctors there in West Nyack. There is one Dr there who hardly ever calls back even when she's on call. She says that she never got the message after I called to confirm she got the message. If your a Dr you should always check if you have messages before you leave for the day. This goes to the neurologist. It has happened a few times.

Every experience has been horrible

This place is horrible! Had a confirmed, booked appointment for 1/18/2024 with Dr Liza Levin, which was confirmed back on 10/23/2023. Left work early today and went straight there to check in only to be told my appointment was canceled. Never got any emails, calls, texts about that. They just apologize like it's no big deal and treat you like a number. No explanations as to why my appointment was canceled or why no one actually bothered to inform me. Pathetic! Won't ever be going back here ever again.
