Diane Deschino Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr Deschino is an excellent provider who shows care and concern and takes the time to understand her patients and their lifestyles to provide the best possible care. She responds quickly to anything submitted through my chart and follows up in a timely manner.

I am so pleased with the care I receive from Dr Deschino. The office I see her in in Suffern is well run as well. I recommend her without hesitation.

Dr. Deschino takes a personal interest in my health. She is competent and always willing to listen. I am fortunate tp have her as my primary doctor. I have complete confidence in her.

I am having terrible experiences in communication with Dr. Deschino. She told me she would call back with my health results and I have been waiting on her call all day to see my next steps. I have been feeling sick all day and just want to feel better. Such terrible service. I have been a patient at this practice for several years. Save yourself and find a practice that actually follows through with what they promise and actually care for the patients.

I do not even consider this person a doctor. After seeing my daughter for a few minutes she refused to give my daughter a physical even though the appointment was made one month in advance, and her insurance was accepted. She did not give an adequate reason as to why she refused to give her a physical. My daughter was very upset and could not understand why a "doctor" would refuse to see a patient. My daughter was not rude,but lovely and loving as she always is. My thought about this, as I was in the room, is that this "doctor " saw that my daughter's insurance was United Health Care Community Plan and she wanted more money than this plan paid. She was very arrogant even though her credentials are minimal. If I were you, I would run away from this "doctor"as fast as I could . My daughter was very upset and cried. My assumption is that perhaps she saw that my daughter's insurance is the United Health Care Community plan from which she would collect less money.

Dr. Diane Deschino is an excellent doctor. She is very good with our population of adults and very thorough with prescribing medication. and taking care of each individual. She is very kind and understanding and listens to her patients needs. I would recommend her to others.

Absolutely the worst practice I've ever experienced. No regard for patients needs and totally unprofessional how they run their office. I switched to another practice with much satisfaction.

Dr. Deschino gives exceptional care. The first time I saw her she listened and took notes for 15-20 minutes which felt like a lifetime. She is caring and thorough. She will communicate via mychart, the electronic medical records portal about non urgent matters. She is wonderful. I've lived in 3 other states and have been privileged to have great doctors-she is by far the best.

I have been going to various doctors over the course of many years in the search for a primary care physician. I have finally found a doctor who listens intently, spends time with the patient, answers questions and is a pleasure to deal with. She is not at all arrogant or condescending which seems to be the norm for many other doctors. The staff is pleasant and i didn't wait more than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend her. (there was no follow up but as this last visit was an annual physical i didn't expect any follow up call)
