Dr. Gilles is the best there is. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable and always makes you feel like you’re her favorite patient. I’m very happy that she is now with Bergen Kidney Center.

She was very professional. I asked her from day one not to sugar coat anything and she didn't. She was 100% transparent and looked to help me in everyway possible. Also did not have a issue telling me what I needed to improve on to help myself. I love her. She awesome!

I am a chronically ill patient, so I have been to many doctors. Getting treatment for a new issue is almost impossible as everyone defers back to the chronic illness as the culprit of ANY AND ALL symptoms you may have. I have been having symptoms for years, but have always been told it's 'normal' or 'nothing to worry about' or 'just how you are made'. These symptoms finally made me seek out another opinion and finally found a doctor who listened to my concerns and HEARD me! I was in tears by the end of my appointment and it was all because I was finally TAKEN SERIOUSLY. Even if nothing is wrong, she is the first doctor that is willing to LOOK. I am so thankful for Dr.Giles and I only just met her today.

I saw first Dr. Gilles years ago when she was still a resident at NorthWell on Long Island. After she moved to Nyack, I could not find another doctor as smart, caring, or intuitive anywhere. When serious symptoms started manifesting in 2016-2017, I went to numerous doctors, all to no avail. I ended up driving upstate just to see her. She was the *only* doctor who saw outside the box, did the necessary testing and investigation to fully understand the route of my symptoms and issues until she solved it. She really cares. She asks all the right questions. She seriously listens. And then she has the smarts to put it all together. I wish she'd come back downstate. Nyack and upstate are very lucky to have her.
