Just saw the Dr. Horng today and brought my daughter who has lived abroad and been to the best Drs in the world. Dr. Horng came in knowing all my history (he reviewed everything before he entered, he was prepared) and looked at all my past reports (five years and beyond). He went through each report, explained the diagnosis. He was patient and compassionate. We left the office with a sigh of relief and felt confident in his diagnosis. He was professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to the medical field. We left the office relieved and on the right path under excellent care. His staff in the office was excellent and helpful also.

My primary care MD had ordered a chest xray for me due to shortness of breath. When I went to Dr. Horng, my pulmonologist for several years, all he did was read the report and say that I didn't have pneumonia. He didn't order pulmonary function tests or anything. He was very rude and dismissive. He has no compassion for his patients and should not be practicing medicine.

My husband was dismissed by Dr. Horng because he had difficulty with the C-Pap. It was claustrophobic. Dr. Horng had no patience with my husband. We would never recommend him. We saw Dr. Meditove today. What a difference in patience and understanding of the problem!!!

I have been using Dr. Jack Horng since early 2003. Dr. Horng is a very caring and dedicated Doctor. I have referred friends here in Orange County to Dr. Horng.

He's more interested in leaving at the end of his shift than he is in the welfare of his patients. Here doesn't explain anything, doesn't check to see if you have questions and certainly doesn't hang around long enough to bother answering them if you do. Here leaves that up to the assistant. He doesn't care about his patients and has no business being a doctor. He lacks any understanding of emotion and has no compassion for his patients or his patients family. He's a horrible doctor and puts his patients at very high risks. He should not be practicing medicine.

Horrible person. Doesn't explain anything, gives a cursory exam and leaves it up to the assistant to explain and answer questions. His license should be revoked. He has no interest in his patients or their wellbeing.

Sat waiting for him to.i step into the exam room for all of 3 minutes and walk out. No idea what was going on, what I was supposed to do next and watched him walk out with his gym bag over his shoulder. I will not be back.
