Dr. Chang is an excellent doctor. Very personable as well as knowledgeable in his field. Not easy to get that combination all the time in a doctor. So when you do count yourself lucky. And you are lucky if Dr. Chang is your doctor.

I only saw Dr. Chang one time. Spoke to him on the phone once as well. He called to tell me he was going to talk to a radiologist about draining a cyst on my kidney because I was in pain, then his office called the next day (a Friday) to reiterate what he said, except that he would be calling the radiologist on Monday. He left me to sit the whole weekend knowing full well that I was incredibly uncomfortable because he didn’t do his part in a timely manner. I had been sitting with this pain for weeks and he did not help at all. I even had to call my primary care doctor to get help alleviating the pain. I do not recommend this doctor if you are uncomfortable and looking for actual help.

It is difficult to find a doctor that is easy to talk to and highly competent. Any patient that's going through urogical health issues need someone who listens and understands and cares about his patients. Dr. Chang is that man. I feel amazingly blessed to have him as my urologist
