My mom had a collapsed lung. The doctor told her to take anti-pain meds and sent her back home. She berated her and told her to stop smoking (my mom never smoked in her life!). A week later, my mom went elsewhere and she is scheduled to have surgery in the next few days! So zero for her. She should be fired.

This doctor did not want to prescribe my child an antibiotic for an ear/sinus infection. I booked with appletree the same day and the doctor showed me inside my child's ear, which was horribly infected. From my experience and from other people I know who have seen her, she is not at all helpful and doesn't seem to care about the well being of patients.

Je l'ai vue à l'urgence de Hull. Elle m'a prescrit 2 médicaments sans explications. Je suis ensuite allée à la hôpital Civic d Ottawa car il me semblait que mon état aurait dû susciter une panoplie de tests et comme de fait, ils m'ont prescrit tous les tests que je croyais devoir passer avec urgence. Était ce de la négligence ou de l'incompétence?

Aucunement recommandée! D'aucune aide. Très incompétente Medecin! Aucunement à l'écoute de la raison médicale pour laquelle je l'ai consultée. N'écoute même pas ce que je dis et est convaincue du diagnostic qu'elle me donne avec peu d'information et sans m'avoir laissé expliquer tous mes symptômes. Elle etait complètement dans le champs! Je lui donne un gros 0!! Son personnel par contre, très professionnel et à l'écoute.

Pretty rude and impatient doctor. Does not seem to understand not every patient has medical knowledge. She started her intervention at the emergency by asking me if morphin was given to me which I did not know for sure (she should have asked the nurse or looked at her file). Asked if I had a belly migraine or if I had a seizure which I do not know how doctors describe. When she saw I did not understand, she had the nerve to ask me if I spoke french (the language of the consultation and my mother tongue) which was pretty insulting coming from someone with such a big vietnamese accent! She then sent me home to take more morphin to mask my abdominal pain without giving a diagnosis. That is really unprofessional.
