The Doctor's and staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Jeffery Lewis has been my Surgeon for years.. He's an outstanding Neurosurgeon. He has saved my life on numerous occasions. He has always treated me Professionally, with kindness, and compassion. He truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.
Buffalo Neurosurgery Group is the absolute best move that you will ever make for yourself if you find yourself suffering and cannot find relief whatsoever. Megan & Andrew & Elizabeth [PA's] who strive to find a solution that best fits you and your lifestyle are hands down are a few of the most incredible people I've ever met. They make you feel at home the moment you meet them in office. Dr Egnatchik is truly gifted I must say. I've had 2 Microdiscetomy surgeries, followed by 2 ALIF Spinal Fusion Surgeries performed by Dr Egnatchik and his incredibly talented team. You can not and I assure you that you will not find a better surgeon and team like Buffalo Neurosurgery Group in West Seneca New York!!!
Dr. Egnatchick is an excellent dr. And surgeon. I have complete confidence in him. His office is wonderful to deal with.
My Savior ! i would not be her without Him! Thank You Doctor from Myself and my Family We love You! And are Thankful for saving My Life!
Absolutely Amazing Surgeon & Incredible Surgical Staff!!! Dr Egnatchik not only operated on my spine personally and gave me my life back...but also him and his incredible staff are going above and beyond to aid my husband to be, regain mobility and strength again to live a normal life. With Dr Egnatchik as your surgeon ,you are not only in the best care humanly possible...you become family.
I can honestly say that Dr. Egnatchik is the best doctor I have ever had. He is extremely thorough and doesn’t jump to surgery right away like many surgeons have a tendency to do. I ended up needing a discectomy of my lumbar spine and it was my first surgery. His staff is great and helped make the process as smooth as possible. Not only is Egnatchik an amazing surgeon, but also very personable and attentive to his patients. He helped me get my life back after suffering in pain for many years. If you’re even considering surgery, I would highly recommend him!
Dr. Egnatchick did my ACDF surgery and is highly recommend. My surgery went well great staff I'm still recovering .Doing well as expected. I highly recommended Dr. Egnatchik he's detailed oriented and a superb neurologist.
Awful human being...in my opinion, he cost me my social security disability by not being truthful about my case, my symptoms, and even the extent of my spine issues. I repeatedly told him I was having mid back and lower back pain, and he ignored me, trying to rush me into having a three level fusion in my neck. I ended up having a total of sixteen herniated discs in my spine, and three other surgeons / neurologists said that if I would have had the surgery, it would have most likely failed and caused me more problems, because the discs above and below where he wanted to perform the fusion were also herniated. I now see a surgeon and neurologist who actually care about their patients and listen to their concerns. I am so glad that I did not let this man perform any kind of surgery on my spine, and thankful that I listened to my intuitions about this whole scenario. My suggestion to anyone reading this...ALWAYS get a second (and even third) opinion about any kind of major surgery, and be sure to research all options.

I waited 7 weeks in severe pain to see this surgeon. I had injured my back 10 months before that. I had seen various medial practionioners including two chiropractors, two Physical Therapists, A Sports Medicine Clinic where I had three spine injections and then finally to my family Doctor. My family Dr. listened to me and gave me just enough Tramadol to get me to the day I wouLd see Egnatchic. When I got to the office a PA walked in with her computer, she asked me some questions, looked at my MRI, never gave me a physical exam, never asked me to walk (I walk crooked with my left hip sticking out now and with a limp) and then said I had to have an EMG nerve test but it had to be approved by workman's comp first, which could take a while. And no, she could do nothing to help me with pain. She said she would recommend in her report that I stay on the Tramadol (only 1 per day mind you) to my family doc in her report. That was on a Thursday. The next day I called my family Doctor and they had not recieved any report of seeing the back surgeon.I called Egnatchiks office manager the next day to explain I had waited 7 weeks to see the surgeon and felt the PA was dismissive of me. She assured me the report would be completed and sent out the next day. I called my family Doctor 8 days later (here it is Friday of the next week) and no reports have been signed by the Dr. or sent out. I called workmans comp and they had not recieved any test requests. Today I called back to Egnatchiks office again, the receptionist said she would send them out. This has been 12 days of waiting. So here I am in tears of pain waiting. I have made an appointment with a different surgeon and now have to wait 3 weeks to see him. NO!!! I would not recommended bothering with this Doctor. They are not concerned with patient care, have little to no bedside manner and have an innefficent office. They sure dropped the ball with me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
