Yay! I get to write a positive review!After having a bad experience today with my usual Dr. (well, he USED to be, I'm changing that today) I went here as a referral because my Dr. couldn't remove a burr in my foot. It wasn't unusually deep, he just didn't want to try for it since "he didn't have the credentials" to work on feet with scalpels. Fair enough, I don't mind doing things right. I had a 10:45 appt. I wasn't in the exam room until 11:40. Dr. Thomas finally came in at about 11:48. I was pretty upset since I had a 3 year old with me.Immediately upon Dr. Thomas' entrance my irritated mood disappeared. It was how he entered the room. He was bright, friendly, welcoming and warm! Not just because I had a daughter who was parked in her stroller behind me - he looked me in the eyes directly upon entering and gave me a very nice hand shake with his greeting. This is a people person. Excellent bedside manner! He was an absolute pleasure to be around - even as he was poking the syringe full of Lidocaine into the ball of my foot. I now see why he was running late. He engages his patients and makes them feel taken care of. He's patient and genuinely helpful. I can stick out an appointment that's running over an hour late if this is the result. I really really want to give him 5 stars, but my 5th star is rarely awarded. It's essentially me saying there isn't one single thing I see you can do better because you are already PERFECT. An hour late is not perfect, however his attentiveness damn near makes up for it!I sure wish my general practice Dr. was like this. Maybe he should try it out since he's the one who told me how genuinely nice Dr. Thomas was.

He is the slowest Dr I ever saw. Kept me waiting over 2 hrs. Then i spent another hour listening to his stories.will try to rack up charges not needed. I went for a ingrown and ended up getting x-rays and everything. On top of that he wanted to have me come back the next week to do another procedure. Stay away from this one.
