Jennifer Rojek's Online Review Report Card

Absolutely terrible patient care. At 20 weeks pregnant she told me in office that all decisions were up to me, she supported whatever I thought was best for the baby and myself. I made a decision in office that she verbally “supported” and then two days later I receive a letter in the mail stating she is dropping me from medical care at 4 months pregnant. Absolutely terrible patient care and she didn’t even have the decency to tell me this in the office or verbally over the phone. I will never recommend anyone to her ever again.

RUN AWAY This place is an absolute nightmare !!!! My first daughter had a terrible experience in the hospital when she was in labor. They made her hold back pushing because they were too busy and did not call her own doctor in. My second daughter is due with her first baby and can never get a call back. The office staff continue to schedule wrong and not respond.

Absolutely adore her. She listens and takes the time to actually hear you. She really cares about her patients.

Dr. Rojek is kind, gentle, always has a smile, and takes time to answer all my questions.

I was so happy to find a new gyno that I truly felt comfortable with. She answered all my questions, and concerns. She has a very sweet personality.

Do not go to this doctor if you are a high risk pregnancy! She does not acknowledge your concerns. And it is extremely difficult to get disability paperwork filled out. The office charged $20/sheet and didn't fully complete the paperwork.$40 total. The person (receptionist) who filled it out couldn't even bother writing my daughter's name and information on the form that clearly states the entire form must be filled out by the physician. Also did not enter the other physicians/ office who is treating my daughter for her high risk pregnancy. There is so much more to the story. Basically, Dr. Rojek is risking my daughter's and future grandchilds lives because she doesn't like doing paperwork. And repeated several times that she doesn't like doing the paperwork. She also repeatedly pushes my daughter to deliver her baby at Mercy hospital. Using scare tactics by stating that Oishei hospital gives babies MRSA. Dr. Rojek also missed important information and did not diagnose my daughter's condition of not having enough amniotic fluid around the baby and the baby being of low growth rate. And did not review the information sent to her by the specialists at Oishei hospital. When my daughter went to the office to tell them that Oishei hospital was going to induce her a month before her due date, they gave her a hard time and refused to move her appt up to discuss this with Dr. Rojek. I understand that the doctor has a busy schedule, however, Dr. Rojek should have called her to answer any concerns. Im extremely disappointed by Dr. Rojek and the staff at obgyn associates of WNY. The receptionists are rude, and the nurses look bothered taking vitals. I have been a patient of Dr. Santos and the nurse practitioner Diane for over 25 years at obgyn associates of wny and am saddened by what the practice has become.

Love Dr. Rojek. I used to hate going to the gyno- not anymore. She almost makes me want to have another baby! lol So easy to talk to, plus she has tiny hands ;)

Dr. Rojek is kind and understanding. She is very intelligent and dedicated to her work. She listens to every concern or question. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love Dr. Rojek! She is so wonderful, caring and understanding! She takes her time to listen to your concerns. I would recommend her to anyone!!
