Very compassionate, and straight forward. He will be doing my surgery. Saw Dr. Lewis today about my surgery. Very compassionate, explains excellent and he will be doing more intensive surgery. I'm hoping to have it done in December Thank you all and God bless you I saw Dr Lewis today and I opted for my lower back surgery. He is absolutely the best neurosurgeon !

I was very pleased with Dr. Lewis. I got excellent results. He is very professional, had a wonderful bedside manner and I am very pleased with Dr. Lewis, his nurses and his secretaries.

Four surgeries (car accidents and the last a slip and fall), the first three (cervical followed by two lumbar) turned out beautifully, I'd no issues at all AND went back to work fast, freaky fast. I just had my third lumbar surgery (slip and fall) this past Jan. and my recovery is proceeding VERY well. I hope to be back to work in no more than two to three more months. He's the best!

I have had a amazing experience with my back surgery. After many years of dealing with constant pain and taking as many as 8 to 10 aleve a day to be able to function as a productive person I was referred to Dr. Lewis and opted to follow his advice and go threw the surgery to have a spacer and cage place in my L3 Vertebrae. Since then I have experienced a slight pain just after surgery and now am completely pain free. I have not taken any pain meds in over 7 weeks and have been able to lose over 30 lbs of weight since I feel healthier and able to move around without the pain

I first experienced De. P. Jeffrey louis when I had an issue with my cervical spine. I did nothing due to the fear of paralysis, but after almost a year I said, "do it". What an experience I had. The pain was gone and went back to work with NO issues. I was told I'd be back to work in 4 to 6 months, I went back to work after 30 days (he wasn't pleased when he found out!) and had absolutely no issues. After another struck from behind accident, he (I wouldn't go to anyone else) worked on my lumbar spine (major operation) and he told me I'd be back to work in 18 to 24 months, I went back (I asked him first this time!) to work after 12 months with again, no issues. I've had two more lumber surgeries and I'm in recovery from my last surgery, Jan. 23. People are amazed I'm at the activity level I'm at now. I'm just waiting for the o.k. to go back to work. The first three surgeries I have to say he's batting 1000, I'll know in a few more months the results of this latest surgery. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Dr. Louis if you've spine issues ... he's the best!

My husband had 2 visits with Dr. Lewis. Both visits were done by PA's. The 2nd visit was horrid; the PA and Dr. Lewis pushed for IMMEDIATE surgery on a herniated disk. It could not wait at all. We tried to ask questions and get some reassurance and there was no bedside manner. When I stated that this issue has already been going on for a long time there was no rush and to stop using scare tactics we were told that he was done with us, to leave, to get a 2nd opinion if I wanted but to NOT come back to him for surgery. The first time ever in my life to be dismissed by a doctor of any kind. He was rude, arrogant, and threatening. I would not take my enemy there.

The care I received from Dr. Lewis and the entire team at Buffalo Neurosurgery was outstanding! Dr. Lewis and his team gave me back my life and for that I will be eternally grateful!!

Dr. Jeffrey Lewis and his Team are nothing short of Miraculous. They have performed two major surgeries on both my neck and lumbar spine with the greatest of success. The neck surgery was performed first and the amount of chronic pain relief I experienced from his procedure is incredible. So much so that I could not wait to have the same experience again with the lumbar region of my spine. At the writing of this review, which is less than 3 weeks post op, I am amazed at the progress I am making. I am experiencing sensations from the nerves regenerating and starting to get sensations and feeling back that had been missing and numb for over 2 years. The staff at Dr. Lewis's were so very helpful, friendly and compassionately walked me through the process to have the proceedure done. I Very Highly Recommend Dr. Lewis and his Team to anyone and everyone that are in need of help. They have performed miracles in my life and given me hope and confidence in what the future holds. Dr. Lewis is a very talented surgeon! I had a big heavy tote fall on me and I am very lucky I was not paralyzed. I had the major back surgery on December 8th. I am doing wonderful! The incision has healed wonderfully! Plate and screws look great, you can not even see them.. I would recommend him highly and already have. Thank you Dr Lewis, Anthony and the entire team. You are awesome.
