Today was my first visit and I don’t think im gonna come here again. The receptionist was so rude for no reason. Ugh why do people have to be nasty in settings like that. Like people are sick and they wish they didn’t have to even come there! I always try to give people an excuse because everyone got something going on… but come on if you don’t like your job go get a different one On the other hand docter Murphy was very sweet and understanding. - Ashraq Hussein.

I go every six months to see doctor Murphy I like her.. She's a good doctor. Both the receptionist there when you going and then when you're going out they're both nice.. It's very clean in there And you do have to wear a mask.. I will be seeing her tomorrow..

I wish I had been able to get past the absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude receptionist to get in to see the doctor that I waited to see for 3 months! I I have never in 57 yrs encountered someone who has no business dealing with the public more than this woman. So unfortunately I had no choice but to leave and now on to find a new endocrinologist. I can not even imagine anyone dealing with this receptionist on a regular basis. She is unfit for the job they placed her in.

I went there with my mother . Very Professional staff, from the moment we enter the room we felt the care and knowledge that Dr Murphy and her assistant have. My mother doesn't speak English but she felt better already from the first visit.

She’s an excellent doctor she actually listens to you when you tell her what’s wrong and helps you!!

On a holiday weekend they forwarded their office number to my cell phone, not very enjoyable for me. Happy 4th!

I went to Dr. Murphy's a few years ago because I'm diabetic and need to get my sugar under control. I only saw her on my first initial visit, and then only saw the nurse practitioner after that. Each time I had an appointment, I had to wait over four hours past my appointment time only to be seen for literally a couple minutes, so I stopped going. I have to see an endocrinogist again, and she's the only one that accepts my insurance. I can't get through to make an appointment. I'd rather deal with more diabetic complications than try to get through to the office.

I am surprised to see so many one star reviews. My experience with Dr. Murphy and the staff has been very positive .They have been courteous and professional. In fact, my only complaint has nothing to do with Dr. Murphy, but rather with Catholic Health, specifically their new portal system which I find cumbersome. The Medent portal made for very easy communication with Dr. Murphy and the staff, and their timely responses have been a benefit to my care.

Dr. Murphy is great! Always addresses concerns! Never had a problem with staff very polite and always very helpful!
