Dr Macagno is indeed an Angel.. He did my back surgery in 2021, prior to my surgery I was in excruciating pain night and day and very poor quality of life.. My healing process is going to be a long journey. but I can see the light st the end of the tunnel.. February of 2023 I had my neck surgery with Dr. Macagno.. I appreciate his great work and most of all his honesty. Thank you to all of the staff at NYSI..

Dr. Macagno takes time to explain all medical conditions and options for treatment. I had to take my dad for an MRI (2 hours) and observed Dr. Macagno communicate with patients and staff. I was very impressed with how he treated all his patients but more importantly how he treated his staff. Everyone was acknowledged and treated with respect. The entire staff was happy to be at work. I almost asked if they had any openings. Great doctor and fun place to work.
