Dr Macagno is the nicest smartest and just all around the best Dr I have ever met and I work in the medical field so that says a lot. He took his time to explain everything to me and he went over ever question I had. Not once did I feel as if I was being rushed out of the office. Plus he is funny. I was crying cause of fear of having another surgery and he was honest about everything. I wish I met him earlier. The whole staff in both offices are amazing. I can not express how happy I am with the practice and with the Drs and PAs. Thank you NYSI since the day I walked into the practice everyone had me feel like I am part of something not just a patient.
