Dr. Ackerman is very professional and friendly. He explained about the injury and surgery procedure that put my son at ease for his upcoming surgery. My son asked questions and felt confident that Dr. Ackerman will do an excellent job.

Dr. Galano did an amazing job with my shoulder replacement surgery. 9 weeks post-surgery and my range of motion is already better than it was pre-surgery! Aside from the actual surgery, I found Dr. Galano to be very personable and he really takes the time to explain in great detail about the treatment options, expectations, rehabilitation, etc.I am extremely pleased with Dr. Galano’s services and happy I decided to visit NY Orthopedics.

Dr. Chamas is awesome. He is very compassionate and sympathetic to each patients needs. He makes you feel as if your family. Dr. Chamas takes his time to explain everything thoroughly so you understand in real terms not only medical terms. I would recommend Dr. Chamas to family and friends. His staff is amazing also. John is great, always kind and willing to help out in any way he could. The girls in the front are also amazing, helping out in any way the can.
