Good place to work compared to other agencies but they lie alot. They lie about the sign on bonuses just to get people to sign up then u never get it. Coordinaters are overwhelmed and dont always see things thru, they never know what type of environment their sending their aides too, coordinaters often try too force u to accept a case u dont want u have to be firm. The pay is decent but no extra funds for PPE or travel. They jus really dont care who works as long as u show up to work. Their all about the money so if your all about yours u wont have any problems. Treat able the way they treat u nothing more nothing less.

I misunderstood my hours Able is doing a great thing in paying for sleep in service you dont get better pay somwhere else its a blessing .I have a job with Able ...thank you as much.. 5 stars to be on a winning team like Able heath care. ❤

Please don’t use this company. Be careful who you put in your house. I had to go as far as installing cameras and when I offered to show what’s going on they don’t care to see the recordings. Cynthia the coordinator is nasty and will send you her favorite lazy people, and their good people are not allowed to talk, Lina the supervisor will never call you back and when I told them I was making a Dept if Health complaint Cynthia said “we’re still open aren’t we” Save yourself aggravation and have your loved one cared by a reliable and caring agency. Beware!I will never use them or recommend themThey should be shut down !
