I suffer from trigeminal neurolgia I’ve seen many doctors who prescribed medication and procedures and nothing seemed to help. Then I found Dr. Lotbiniere who was able to help me be pain free with a procedure he recommended. It was instant relief. The experience with him and his entire staff was outstanding.

Dr de Lotbiniere came highly recommended by Medtronic to remove and correctly place a spinal cord stimulator that was implanted by a prior surgeon in the wrong location. He was thorough in his pre operative exams and extremely professional and experienced in this type of corrective spinal surgery. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch surgeon!

To start the Dr greeted us directly in the waiting room. The most pleasant down to earth Dr ever Gave a full exam. Looked at my MRI results and gave me three possible treatments The fist two were only temporary fixes, plus my current was medication (which eventually will not work) The last option was surgery. He thought that was the best option for me. I was NEVER pushed to do anything from him. He has done over a thousand of these surgeries with 99.9% successful. Within two days I called him and went for the surgery. I’m now 6 weeks post op. I’m no longer on the meds and doing Outstanding!! This Dr IS a Top Gun surgeon!!! Plus he has a great personality and makes you feel at ease I can’t say enough good he’s off the charts as being the best of the best !!!

I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis two years ago. After exhausting alternative remedies (physical therapy, pain medication) I finally accepted my primary physician’s recommendation that I submit to back surgery. I have never had any surgery before, and had never spent a night in a hospital, so I was extremely apprehensive. I cannot find the right words to express my gratitude to Dr. De Lotbiniere! He saved my life after performing three very successful surgeries - inserting of a VP shunt, a craniotomy, and removal of the VP shunt. Prior to the surgeries, I was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor called a meningioma. Now, nearly 2 years after the surgeries, I feel very strong and healthy. I suffered terribly from Trigeminal pain. I met with Dr. DeLotbiniere & he recommended the gamma knife procedure. I had the procedure on a Thursday as an outpatient & came home the same day. I suffered from severe sciatic symptoms for 7 months. after carefully reviewing all my tests, he performed surgery making a small incision and using no hardware and i'm waling again with NO PAIN. This distinguished Neurosurgeon came so highly recommended, and we were relieved to be in such capable, competent care. From the onset, He was patient, easy to understand, and answered all our questions in great detail. We felt at ease from the inception of meeting Him. Dr. de Lotbiniere performed a micro vascular decompression surgery in order to treat my Husband's painful trigeminal neuralgia. The surgery went extremely well and appears to have provided relief for this very painful condition. We are pleased to highly recommend Him.

Bedside manor is above reproach. He fights for his patients. I was to have surgery and the insurance company was dragging its feet and Dr. Delotbiniere personally got on the phone with the highest ranking medical person at Aetna and fixed it. In less then a year my scars have faded to almost nothing. I have recommended him to any and all that listen.

Gamma knife surgery performed for trigeminal neuralgia...relief. Very pleased with results for an extremely painful condition for which medication had to be increased over 5 years with ultimate side effects.
