He listens to your complaints, reviews your past tests and either suggests additional tests or makes prescription suggestions. AND he explains his rationale for any changes. Good Doctor!

I made an appointment 4 months in advance. They call me the week before my appointment to reschedule because he will not be in the office on the original date scheduled. They give me a new appointment date and time which I arrive for and they tell me that I have the wrong information and my appointment is for the next day. I specifically confirmed the date and time so I know I was not wrong. I took off work to make this appointment that I've been waiting for and they will not see me. Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! Made an appointment in November to go to the office in mid February. They call me the week before the appointment to tell me they need to change it because he will not be in the office on the date of my appointment. I then go to the office on the date and time that they tell me that my appointment is for and they tell me that I am one day early. I took off work to make the appointment And when I arrive they tell me they cannot see me. Worst experience ever!

He is great but his staff is extremely unsympathetic and rude.

Dr. Green is very courteous and never rushes me out of his office. He spent 45 minutes answering my questions and examining me and never seemed the least bit annoyed at the myriad of questions I had. He also responds promptly on the patient portal. He seems very concerned about his patients' comfort level.
