Dr. Useda is very warm, friendly and knowledgable. She made me feel completely at ease during the examination and seemed to have a special understanding for the concerns of post menopausal women such as myself. She took her time and answered all my questions. My only complaint would be that the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked, but her staff was attentive and accomodating.

Saw her for an annual exam. She was curt, condescending and had absolutely no bedside manner. In addition, she was not at all communicative in what my abnormal results mean, not to mention I received this private information via a voice message from her receptionist. Scheduling a follow up was incredibly difficult, as she blamed me for not scheduling the correct followup appt, which should have been addressed with her staff. There was also a cockroach in the office. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I recommend Dr. Useda if you are looking for an efficient, experienced and stern obgyn. The wait time was very short and it was relatively easy to make appointments. Dr. Useda answers my questions and calls to follow up and explain test results. I wish she took a wider range of insurance plans. Carmen, Dr. Useda's right hand, is very pleasant, kind and helpful towards the doctor *AND* the patients.

Dr was patronizing and elitist. Knowing that Spanish is my first language she refuse to speak it to me, despite the fact that she is a Latina. She was cold, I went 3 times and never went back

Dr. Useda's demeanor was extremely patronizing and condescending. Someone of her stature and position should be mandated to take courses on polite bedside manner and establishing healthy relationships with patients. Both of which she lacks from my personal experience as a first time patient.

I have been a patient for 20+ years. She delivered my three children with more care and compassion than I could ask for. Saw me through many gynecological issues with great knowledge and success.

I came here for my yearly exam after getting new insurance. It was easy to make an appointment and after dong the paperwork I was taken straight back.Dr. Useda takes the time to talk with you about everything you could possibly be worried about and is very caring.Great experience and will definitely be going back again next year, I usually dread these appointments, but not anymore. Very pleasant experience!
