Catty and incredibly inappropriate, Dr. Tate suggested that I step out of my comfort zone and try "sleeping around"to overcome a recent tragic event in my life. Needless to say, when he began suggesting that I try to get my husband's brother to hit on me in order to figure out who's side my husband would take, I realized it was time to end our sessions once and for all. I have no idea in what world this quackery constitutes as therapy, but I would advise those thinking about seeing Dr. Tate to seek counseling elsewhere.

Dr. Tate has helped me through several difficult and unrelated periods of my life (when I needed to seek help again). During one particularly bleak period in my life, he called me back at night after hearing my message and spoke to me on the phone for 30 minutes at 10PM to help me out free of charge. He was the first to suggest that I stop medication and reduce sessions once he felt the worst aspects of my issues had become manageable without him. He's particularly good with people who feel marginalized by society at large. I've never had a problem with Camille either - she's always gotten right back to me when needed.

I've been seeing Dr Tate for many years. He is wonderful and very caring. Dr Tate Helped treat and manage my depression successfully which was a life changer for me. He was also very supportive in my decision to stop medication after getting better, and is LGBT friendly. I couldn't say enough great things about him.

My primary referred me to Dr. Tate multiple times over the past few years, and each time, I have been treated in a horrible manner by his secretary Camille. It has always been impossible to get a straight answer out of her about anything, but today she hung up on me after telling me to never call back again. I was trying hard to be polite, and this behavior really threw me for a loop. I don't know if Dr. Tate is any good or not, but I wouldn't trust anyone who would employ such a horrible person.

Dr. Tate could care less about his patients and should not be allowed to be a doctor.

Dr. Tate really helped me. He was willing to talk with my therapist to help me figure out what the best course of treatment was. He took my insurance too. I plan to keep seeing him.
