Greenburgh Health Center's Online Review Report Card

My wife decided to try this clinic for her pregnancy and overall very bad experience. No one knows what they are doing and its like chickens walking around with no head on. I wish we would of gone somewhere else, no communication between drs, and nurses its like you have to remind them about everything. One tells you one thing and another tells you another, horrible. We will be switching everything out from there get your own drs, check your insurance to see where they accept it.

this people are really nasty idk how in gods name this place is still running everybody is so nasty if you guys dont wanna be at work dont show up ! what is the site director doing for the center ? only in the office all day doesnt get up and make sure everything is running good and the patients are bein help judith get it together ! u need to clean the house and fix greenburgh as soon as possible u need to fix internal medicine ob all this funding is going to the waist

I went here as a check up and the first thing I noticed is that the staff is really rude. Especially the lady in the front who checks you in. The doctor are typically ok. I also had blood drawn and the nurse doing this left me a me a scar. I donated a lot of blood before and this has never been a problem. Also my husband blood leaked out the tube when he got his drawn from the same guy. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

When I was pregnant a year & some change ago, I must have been about 3 or 4 months. I went to the ob/gyn here & seen a male doctor. I do not remember his name but he checked me. I told him I am having leakage on and off. He said he would do this paper stick test to determine what the fluid was. So he checks he then proceeds to say that my water broke and I need to terminate my pregnancy. He sent me to Westchester Medical Center and they did all types of test and told me my water did not break and my baby is fine. I now have a healthy 18 month old son.

Worst place to go, the doctors are mean to the patients and don't do the job right and if u wanna chabge from location they wont let you, so basicly you are stuck here. Please don't come here you will regret it

I understand that things are remote but they sent my wic card to a wrong address and they never checked with the address even though I tried to reach them several times via email and phone calls. I have lost benefits for more than the last two months, just waiting for the email and the card. It is quite irresponsible.

Said "nurses" are Unprofessional, rude anddisrespectful. Literally have to wait months to evenget an appointment, and then wait for hours to getseen. And if your a walk in or have an emergency,forget about it, just go to a hospital. Don't wasteyour time. They won't see you. They'll make youwait, and then never even provide you any service.The doctors there aren't any better either. "Dr" (if you can even call her that) lynch is worst of them all, completely ignores her patients concerns and needs. Will cut you off mid sentence and won't even let you finish. I came in to my 4:30 appointment for a routine check up, only 5/6 minutes late and she refused to see me cause she was "leaving soon"... they close @5pm. Plenty of time to just get my vitals and get my prescription. So please, explain to me how you were "leaving soon" if you still had other patients waiting on you to see them. Honestly I don't even I know how she passed her USMLE test.

I use to go to this clinic before I moved to the city, and all I can say is that I never had a problem with the doctors I've seen, especially Dr. Davis, as well as some of the staff (hence the two stars). That being said, my parents still go here and are still waiting for their COVID results almost TWO weeks after getting tested!! Having to wait an excruciating amount of time to see anybody even after making an appointment is one thing, but you can't even get enough hands to efficiently process COVID results within the amount of time health experts assured us it would take??? This is truly unacceptable and sets a whole new low of professionalism considering how many people rely on getting tested but have to go through unreasonable amounts of anxiety because it takes forever and a day to determine if they are COVID positive or negative!

An extremely drawn out long process for covid testing which is crazy. It should be a seamless process in a small town but it’s a shame that the experience has been more of a hassle thank anything
