Dr. Galeno completely messed up my moms back 10x worse than it was before she went to him. So many things wrong with his surgery and professionalism. Glad to hear he’s not doing medicine anymore, obviously was never qualified in the first place.

I give the Doc 5 stars but the Hospital he works with 1 star. I travel far 2+ hrs each way with severe pain and nerve damge to be treated by Dr Galeno because he listens and works with me to fix the problem.

Dr Galeno did all 5 of my back surgeries starting at age 21 until my last at age 26. I would not Recommend him due to his bedside manner. He never came to see me in the hospital after my surgeries and in 7 years as his patient he’s never once returned a phone call or spoken to me on the phone. He spends the bare minimum time with you I have timed my appointments and they’ve been as short as 2 minutes (I wish I was kidding). After 7 years I stopped seeing him not only because my back issues got worse with each surgery but because of his rudeness and entitlement. He perceives himself as a big shot because he’s well known in the hospitals.

I’ve been going to Dr Galeno for the last 8 years from 2012-2020. He's done all 5 of my spine surgeries which Did not help. He rushes you I’ve timed my appointments and he’s spent as little as 2 minutes with me and that was it ( no exaggeration) I needed him to fill out papers for My disability which I called and faxed and after a month he said he never got them and that they were probably sitting in a pile of papers on his desk. If you are looking for a kind compassionate doctor he is not the doctor for you.

Had emergency surgery because of drop foot. Mot only didn't fix it but told me I severed the nerve and would never be able to walk without a brace 3 months later my foot started moving again no thanks to him

I have had a few cervical surgeries done by Dr. Galeno, before I was Refered to him over twenty years ago no one would touch me, he has helped me a great deal I would recommend him totally.

Dr. Galeno did several surgeries on my back. Each one helped tremendously. Yes I too waited a long time in the waiting room but, when he seen me I was given as much time as I needed and I was not rushed....so I did not mind waiting
