Doctor Datt is great and very helpful but terrible office service/support. Maple Medical is very unorganized. Tried to charge my insurance twice due to one of nurses misspelling my name. Immediately recognized the typo but wasn’t fixed.Needs better staff

Be careful with Dr. Datt. She wrote me the wrong rx. She rushes you out the door and doesn't listen to your concerns. Do not go to a doctor that give you the wrong rx that could be dangerous for your health.

Dr. Datt was such a positive person during a very stressful time. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and she helped me to manage my sugar levels. She listened to me and educated me on diabetis. I am very thankful for her knowledge, guidance and patience.

Terrible customer service at White Plains office. Long wait even with appointment and no one in waiting room, but me. Left due to long wait without update on why was it way past my appointment time and still no sight of doctor. Rude reception staff. First and last time at this office.

I was hesitant to initially go see an endocrinologist. Dr. Datt made me feel comfortable and confident I can battle diabetes. You will not find a more caring and understanding physician in the area!!
