I read the poor comments about this Doctor & the staff but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. I should have listened to the negative comments & ran as one commentator wrote. I showed up at the building & proceeded to wait to check in.Two patients were monopolizing the 2 front desks clerks time, while another 5 or so staff appeared to shuffle back and forth I started the timer on my phone to see how long this was going to go on before they checked me in.Ten minutes went by, finally I was able to check in. I was then informed the Doctor refused to see me because I was late, really? completely neglecting that I had to wait to check in. The staff was rude and inconsiderate, my time is worth something. They said I had to reschedule,I told them I was not rescheduling, I will find another Doctor who actually cares about patients & is considerate of their time, obviously there is something wrong with this doctor and her practice. Don’t waste your time find another doctor.

Dr Murthy is very attentive and punctual. She monitors and has made adjustments to my Synthroid medication.Dr. Murthy is always available to answers questions and follows up with medication compliance.

She is a mediocre doctor. She listens to a patient and tries to address his concerns. She is thorough, not shy about ordering tests to diagnose the problem, which is good. However, she is working "by the book", and if the case is not straightforward and requires more thinking, she gives up.

I'd say she is so-so. On the one hand, she is a thorough doctor and tries to diagnose the problem. On the other hand, it doesn't look like she is really thinking; she is more like a computer - if something doesn't fit the standard case, she gives up. Also she is inconsistent. A year ago she was telling me my bloodwork is not good. Now my test results didn't really change, but she says they are normal.
